Residential Service Billing Rates
PLEASE NOTE: ALL AFTER HOURS SERVICE CALLS MUST BE SCHEDULED OVER THE PHONE. WEBMAIL IS CHECKED M-F 8AM - 4PM.
Non-Warranty Calls
All non-warranty calls performed between
8:00AM and 4:00PM Monday thru Friday will be
subject to an $85 service charge plus
any repair charges.
All non-warranty calls performed between
8:00AM and 4:00PM on Saturdays will be subject
to an $85 diagnostic charge plus any repairs charges.
Repairs
are subject to a 15% increase on parts and labor.
Non-warranty customers will be subject to
a $130
service charge plus any repair costs for all
calls after 4:00PM Monday thru Saturday. Service calls requested after 9pm Mon-Sat and calls made on Sundays or holidays are billed at the rate of $160 per hour. Credit cards are required
These repairs are also subject to the 15%

First Year In-Warranty Calls
Any calls after 4:00PM will be subject
to overtime or
overtime differential rates if it is under an extended warranty.
Second Year or beyond " Equiguard " or "Carrier" or " Trane " Extended
Warranty Calls
Second year " Equiguard " or "Carrier" or " Trane " extended
warranty customers will be subject to the overtime differential
rates charge, one-hour
minimum for all calls after 4:00PM Monday thru Friday
and all calls on Saturday's, Sunday's and Holiday's when
the problem is with the Equipment.
Second year " Equiguard " or "Carrier" or " Trane" extended
warranty customers will be subject to an $85 service
charge plus any repair costs for calls performed Monday thru
Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM when the problem
is not specifically related to the serial numbered equipment,
drain line or duct work.
Second year " Equiguard " or "Carrier" or " Trane " extended
warranty customers will be subject to the overtime differential
rates charge, plus any repair costs for calls performed
Monday thru Friday after 4:00 PM, or Saturdays, Sundays
or Holidays when the problem is not specifically related
to the serial numbered equipment, drain line or duct work.
